WELCOME

I’ve always been a passionate foodie and love dreaming up dishes for my big wonderful family and lovely friends. I became involved with The Human Being Diet (HBD) after trying it for myself in 2022 - it was game changing, I felt like the best version of me again!

 

As part of my HBD adventure I created my own recipes using the ingredients from the HBD larder which I share on social media. I’m now delighted to be working with the creator of HBD, the genius nutritionist and author Petronella Ravenshear

 

Together we are currently working on two brand new HBD cookery books due for release in 2026. In addition I create weekly recipes & blogs for Petronella's inspiring and fabulous HBD club.
